These terms govern the use of Mbox Viewer ("the App"), developed by Color Vivo Internet, S.L.
License
Mbox Viewer is proprietary software licensed, not sold. By using the App, you agree to these terms.
Free version
The free version includes all features and is limited to MBOX files up to 500 MB. There is no time limit or trial expiration.
Pro license
The Pro license removes the file size limit. Each license allows activation on up to 3 devices. Annual licenses are valid for 1 year and auto-renew unless cancelled. Lifetime licenses are valid indefinitely for the current major version.
Payments
Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy (a Stripe company), which acts as Merchant of Record. Lemon Squeezy handles all taxes, VAT, and invoicing. Prices include applicable taxes.
Warranty
The App is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Color Vivo Internet, S.L. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
